Welcome to BICE 2024!
The Black Issues in Computing Education (BICE) Symposium is the premier venue for research on innovation, challenges, and best practices related to Blacks in postsecondary computing education. The symposium was held on February 1-3, 2024, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The theme of the symposium was “Navigating through a Sea of Change.” The in-person conference provided opportunities for attendees and presenters to participate in sessions, networking, and collaborative discussions.
